Customized Service Process

  • -Client Consultation-

    The customer send OEM/Customized demand to us,including the raw material of product,size, sheet thickness ,capacity requirments, product samples/pictures for reference,etc.

  • -Discuss equipment and processes with customers-

    The salesman will initially understand the customer’s demand,and then communicate with the engineer about the production process required by the customer.The production department accounts production cost,then the salesman quote to customer.

  • -First draft making-

    After confirming production process & price with customer,submit it to the design department to confirm the feasibility of the solution,and make the first draft according to the requirement.

  • -Equipment details confirm with the customer-

    Confirm the equipment design with the customer,and continue to communicate or modify the part that has doubles.

  • -Technician patiently explain-

    Confirm the equipment proposal with the customer and sign the contract.

  • -Make layout drawing to customer-

    After receiving deposit from the customer,we will start to produce the equipment.Meanwhile,we will send the equipment layout drawing and the site layout drawing to the customer let them do the preliminary site layout or the equipment pre-entry work.

  • -Testing & inspection before shipment-

    After the equipment is debugging, our production department will run the equipment and make samples according to the customer’s requirement.After passed the acceptance,we will inform customer to come to our factory to inspect it,or we can take machine running video & send samples to customer for confirmation.

  • -Packaging-

    After the customer confirm the machine quality and paid the full payment,we will clean &pack the equipment.

  • -Shipment Arrangement-

    Load the equipment and send loading pictures to customer for reference.

  • -Installation & Training at customer's Factory-

    When equipment reach customer’s factory,our technician will come to install it and teach the workers how to operate our equipment.

  • -After service-

    The machine will be maintained in good repair within 1 year.If any breakage caused by wrong operation by the buyer,repairing cost should be paid by the buyer. Any problems while operating,the customer can feedback to us by e-mail/phone.Our engineer can solve it at once.
